Oscar Niemeyer Museum of Indigenous People in Brazilia / BR.
Music event for 500 people to create awareness for the rain forest and indigenous people.
The Set Design materials were 100% ecologically correct.

I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating the set design throughout the entire museum, as well as managing a team of invited artists for collaboration.

The dancefloor was made of stripes of cellophane that would move with the wind. The laser lights would travel through the cellophane and the glass around the museum 'invading' the entire museum.

We had a small Geodesic Dome built on the entrance with colour lights.
In the inside space we had trees made of craft paper (the trunk of the trees), and cellophane and lights (the top) on the walls. White floating panels with Indigenous patterns were painted with black ink (as they do on their bodies for ceremonies). I'm afraid I don't have more pictures so I hope it gives you an idea, if not I can always describe it 'in person.'
