Brazilian Booth front view
Design Miami / Basel - Curio Project (Video on a loop displayed on the booth's back wall).
My task was to design a booth representing Brazil.
I carefully selected what I believe to be some of the country’s most iconic designers, architects, and artists. Due to space and budget constraints, I made an 'almost empty' space and created a film of 8:44 minutes playing on a loop on the booth’s back wall, providing an engaging visual experience, and making the booth interactive and fun.
I introduced activities where the public could customize t-shirts and ‘Parangolés,’ inspired by Hélio Oiticica’s creations.
All furniture sales were conducted through a catalogue.
